As we are a small business with the intent to grow, we have partnered with carriers to give you the best possible prices. Free Shipping applies only to merchandise with a total cost of $175 or more; taxes and Gift Cards do not count toward Free Shipping total.

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received and once an order has been placed we are unable to make changes or modifications. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process.
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays)
While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Eyes Open Project cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has been shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with the applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
All orders will be sent tracking information to the provided email. Feel free to contact email@example.com for any questions or concerns. However, Eyes Open Project, Made in a City, and Shopeyesopen.com are not responsible for the order once the carrier has picked it up. All order inquiries post pick-up should be sent to the carrier designated support line.
Due to Eyes Open Project being a small business, our stock for in-store and online are one in the same. This means that the quantity online will reflect the quantity we will have in store. Occasionally, an item for sale on Shopeyesopen.com will be purchased in-store at the exact moment an online order is placed. This may create a lag in an updated quantity. In these circumstances, the online order will not be placed and any payment refunded. If an online order has been placed prior to an in-store purchase, the online order will be fulfilled and the in-store purchase will be canceled. The in-store customer will have the first opportunity to purchase the item when it is restocked.
We operate on a “First Come, First Served” basis.
Some goods are unique and have limited quantities and can be sold out permanently with a lag in update to Shopeyesopen.com quantity. Item inquiries can be made to firstname.lastname@example.org.
