All returns are refunded back as store credit. Items have to be new with no visible signs of wear and kept in the original packaging, with original tags.
U.S. Customers: Within 30 days of purchase, contact info@eyesopenproject.com prior to your return and we will authorize the return and provide you with the correct postage, which needs to be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Proof of purchase must also be included with the return.
International Customers: Within 30 days of purchase, contact info@eyesopenproject.com prior to your return and we will authorize the return and provide you with the RA# which needs to be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. No return will be accepted without the correct RA#. Proof of purchase must also be included with the return.
- All returns are FREE for shoppers within the U.S. Unfortunately, as a small business, all shoppers outside of the continental U.S. will have to pay shipping for the return. International fees and rates may apply.
